Guidelines: In order for CoCA Open Studios to work well for all, we have thoughtfully developed the following guidelines for participants. Please note: the printed image size is 1.25" x 1.25". Check how it will look in the brochure by reducing your photo.
Send NEW square jpeg, 900 x 900 pixels or 3" x 3” to: [email protected].

Save your image as your first name and last initial (example: PattS)
Please put “Your Name–CoCA Spring OS” in the Subject and your Name/Medium(s) in the Message.

When design is complete, you will receive a link via email from Ellen to proof your information on the Brochure, Postcards and Website.
Look for this email during the week of Feb. 23. Please respond with either your approval, or edits by date requested on proof or forfeit your opportunity to make edits.
