OS FALL 2026 Artist Application

CoCA Open Studios - November 21 & 22, 2026 • 10-5pm

1. Open Studios Application Agreement
Due by end of day Monday, June 29, 2026. We do not accept late entries.
Please fill out and complete all required information below. Red asterisk* indicates required information.
Check ALL required* boxes, or your form will NOT be received, and you WILL NOT receive an auto confirmation message & an email from Patt. Then you must re-do the form, checking ALL boxes, and re-submit. Contact [email protected] to let her know you've resubmitted.

Passports are part of our annual Nov. show and each studio offers at least 1 prize from 1 artist. Visitors who have stamps from 8 studios are entered into a drawing held on the Monday after OS. All qualifying passports must get to Patt’s in El Granada on Mon by noon. Do not bring the donated art. Each artist contacts his/her winner to arrange for delivery or pick-up. Donations range from $25 on up.

Rules and Guidelines: In order for CoCA Open Studios to work well for all, we have thoughtfully developed the following guidelines for participants. Please note: the printed image size is 1.25" x 1.25". Check how it will look in the brochure by reducing your photo.
Send NEW square jpeg, 900 x 900 pixels or 3" x 3” to: [email protected].

Please put “Your Name–CoCA Spring OS” in the Subject and your Name/Medium(s) in the Message.

When design is complete, you will receive a link via email from Ellen to proof your information on the Brochure, Postcards and Website. Please respond with either your approval, or edits by date requested on proof or forfeit your opportunity to make edits.
